Cyber-Shot
There was a lot of excitement when Sony Ericsson first announced that they'd be releasing a Cyber-Shot phone, and when it was released, it turned out to be a turning point in the evolution of camera phones. That first Cyber-Shot phone, and any mobile phones that followed it, wearing the same brand, immediately became known as some of the best camera phones in existence.
It's no exception with the Sony Ericsson C902, a mobile phone that, as of its release, is the thinnest Cyber-Shot ever made!
Image Works
The first question is always the same for new camera mobile phones: how good is the camera? Well, with the Sony Ericsson C902 you get the latest 5 megapixel monster, packing enough pixels to make your photos sharper and crisper than ever before. It's no exaggeration to say that it rivals even standalone digital cameras!
The reason it does rival them is simple, and you can sum it up in one word: Cyber-Shot. Cyber-Shot technology packs in more than you'd imagine. Not only does it lay down standards for the light sensor (the bit that gives you 5 megapixels), but it means that with the Sony Ericsson C902 you get an image stabiliser, autofocus, and the ability to record high quality video at 30 frames per second.
Fabulous Features
But of course, even a dedicated camera phone has to do more than just be a camera, otherwise you can't really call it a camera phone. Not only is the Sony Ericsson C902 a pleasure to call and text from, but it also provides you with internet access at speeds up to 3.6 Mbps. Yep, that's broadband speed!
The thing is, though, that internet connection isn't just good for browsing the internet. You can use it as part of the built-in, superb music player, using TrackID to find out the names of any songs where the names just on the tip of your tongue. You can even buy music and download it your Sony Ericsson C902, without it ever going near a PC.
Ultra-Thin
What's perhaps most astounding about this ace mobile phone, though, is its size. You'd expect a mobile phone with all that cool stuff in it to be big, right? Wrong! The Sony Ericsson C902 is just 10.5mm thick, meaning that at launch, it's the thinnest Cyber-Shot mobile phone ever made!
There's never been a Cyber-Shot phone this slim, and frankly, there's never been one this cool either. The Sony Ericsson C902 is just brilliant!
